Release your anxiety

This course has been specifically designed to demystify the condition of anxiety by explaining what is physically going on when we are feeling anxious.

The videos guide you through various Motivational Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis and Meditation techniques to help soothe your anxiety.  These include The Worry Diary, dividing your worries between practical and hypothetical worries and then fact checking your thoughts by noticing negative thought patterns such as black and white (irrational) thinking, Creative Visualization and Mindfulness Meditation among others.

By engaging in these exercises we give the body a very clear message that the imminent threat to it’s survival is over and the nervous system can begin to relax.  In other words, we move out of Fight, Flight, Freeze (Sympathetic Nervous System response) and in to Rest and Repair (Parasympathetic Nervous System response).  It really is exciting when we realise how much control we have over this with the actions we take on a regular basis.

The combination of these techniques which, once learned, can be crafted into a bespoke daily healing routine of your own design, moves you into states of joyful optimism about life as you start to look for ways to create creativity, meaning, purpose and satisfaction in your life once again.
