My private practise is based in East Molesey, just a five minute walk from Hampton Court mainline station.
I am trained in Client Centred Therapy, Psychotherapy, Performance Coaching, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Watching people move forward in ways that have previously been blocked to them is extremely rewarding. I gain huge pleasure from seeing the progress clients make.
Having worked in the psychology department of a globally recognised health clinic, helping my patients recover from extreme burn out, I saw first hand the importance of self care and looking after our mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
